The Uzbek cast-iron cauldron 10 liters with a round bottom, produced in Namangan, Uzbekistan, thanks to its round bottom, is perfect for outdoor use on a fire, a special stove or grill. The volume of the cauldron is enough to cook pilaf for a company of up to 12 people. The inner surface of the cauldron is ground, heat-treated at the factory and calcined in cotton oil. Cast iron is the best material for a cauldron, since cast iron is a heat-absorbing material, it absorbs heat and gives it away for a long time. Aluminum cover with handle included. When the oil heats up, carefully pour the walls of the cauldron with a slotted spoon or a tablespoon. The procedure takes 15 to 20 minutes. If you do this longer, then the oil will evaporate from the surface of the cauldron. After that, the cauldron is allowed to cool, the excess oil is poured out, and the dishes themselves are wiped with paper. Thus, a thin oil layer is formed on the surface of the cast iron, which is absorbed into the metal, and due to this, during cooking, food does not stick to the bottom and walls of the dishes. To properly anneal a cast-iron cauldron, no special devices and tools are required. Instructions must be followed carefully and safety precautions must be followed.
